Our programs focus on advancing black excellence in career and business, as a means of bridging the gaps that exist in diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). Committed to creating a space for the underserved black community to grow and thrive in their varied spheres of life, we partner with organizations to attract, retain and engage ambitious black youth. How We Work
Through our Mentor Match program, community members are paired with mentor professionals to advance their business, career and/or life goals.
Many of our scheduled events are focused on providing community members with access to training opportunities based on their needs.
Qualified community members are invited by partner organizations to apply for internship opportunities that align with their interests.
